I might implement this feature together with some other p12 related features later this year. ![]() #KEYSTORE EXPLORER CHANGE ENTRY NAME PASSWORD#The proper way to open p12 files without a password would have to be much more complicated. If the p12 file has an empty password set (this the case that you have mentioned above) things are getting significantly worse: There is no way anymore to open such a file and see the certificate(s). ![]() keytool -selfcert -v -alias infadflt -keystore infa.keystore -storepass changeit -dname 'CNzest, OUGCS, OInformatica, LRedwood City, STCalifornia, CUS'. This is already pretty bad, but at least if you enter the correct password, everything is fine. The following command is used to update/modify the Distinguished Name (dname). In the Custom Identity Keystore Passphrase boxes, enter the keystore password you entered when saving the file in Keystore Explorer. In the Custom Identity Keystore box, change the file name to piaconfig/keystore/pskey-2015-12. Select Custom Identity and Custom Trust and Save. Also the entry type is displayed as "key entry", which is wrong. Click the Change button for the Keystores option. I can unlock the private key, but the certificate remains hidden. No error, it just doesn't show the certificate(s).
